  • Warranty Policy:


At Zairos, we guarantee our products, which meet the terms of the warranty policy mentioned below :


5-year warranty for orders from September 2024

3-year warranty for orders from 2022

For models prior to 2022, the warranty is only two years.


The warranty period for products varies depending on the type of product:

Watch warranty: 5 years

Bag warranty: 2 years

Jewelry and accessories warranty: 1 year

Diamond watches warranty: 5 years (free maintenance)


1 - The guarantee must be accepted if the order number or purchase invoice is available.

2- The warranty for products sold from the Zairos website or branches covers all manufacturing defects.

3- The warranty does not cover watches or products in cases of misuse, self-negligence, or failure to properly care for the product, including but not limited to: cuts, scratches, breakage, impacts, or discoloration of bags due to use or exposure to external factors. In these cases, the product warranty is void.

4 - The warranty for watches sold from the Zairos website and branches covers all manufacturing defects, for example (water ingress, machine malfunction, or discoloration).

5 – The warranty is valid for 5 years on watches only, 2 years on bags, and 1 year on jewelry and accessories. Compensation will be provided as a purchase voucher of equal value to the damaged product for both in-store and online orders. For the 1+2 offer, the customer will receive a purchase voucher valid for one product only.

6 - The damaged product must be available to benefit from the warranty service, whether for orders from the online store or one of Zairos' branches. Zairos has the right to retrieve the damaged product from the customer to examine its quality. If the damaged product is not available, the warranty is void. If the product is examined and it turns out that the product is sound, the product will be reshipped to the customer, and he will bear the shipping fees if the order was from the online store, or the product will be returned to the customer if the purchase was from the branch.

7 - The customer is not entitled to claim a refund of the product's value in cash or part thereof in the event of compensation for the damaged product. After the refund period has expired, the terms of the warranty or maintenance stipulated in the policy shall apply in this case.

8 - Zairos does not guarantee its products sold from sites other than the official website, but maintenance service is provided for watches only in this case and the customer bears the maintenance fees.

9 - The guarantee does not apply to gifts provided by the Zairos website or branches to customers, including but not limited to (raffle prizes or free products distributed on the website or branches).

10 - The warranty for products purchased from the website is valid only through the website with the availability of the order number, and the warranty for products purchased from Zairos branches is valid only through the branch with the availability of an invoice or warranty card.

11 - If a replacement product of a higher value than the damaged product is chosen, the customer is required to pay the difference.

12- If the customer wishes to return the product purchased using the refund code, the shipping cost will be borne upon the second order with the new code. If this occurs more than twice, the return fee will be deducted from the coupon value.

13- Compensation coupons may be cancelled or modified in the event of product misuse, repeated compensation requests, or the emergence of abnormal behavior patterns that suggest exploitation of the store's guarantee.

14 - The facility's policy and the terms and conditions shown on the website apply and must be reviewed by customers before making any purchase.

-The 1+2 free offer is valid in all Zairos branches as well as through the online store.

  • Warranty

The warranty is valid for 5 years on watches only, 2 years on bags, and 1 year on jewelry and accessories. The customer will be compensated with a purchase coupon from the online store that includes only one product.

  • Return period

-In the online store: Returns are accepted within 14 days only from the date of purchase.

-At Zairos branches: Returns are accepted within 3 days only from the date of purchase.

  • General return conditions

-The original purchase invoice must be provided if purchasing from the branch, or the order number if purchasing from the online store.

-The products must be in their original condition, unused, and not modified or shortened.

-All products included in the offer must be returned in one batch, and no partial return or exchange is allowed for any of the offer items.

-In case of return after the end of the offer period, the new offer policy (if any) will be applied to the returned products.

  • Online store responsibilities

-If the customer returns the order and does not hand over all the returned items to the shipping company, the store is not responsible for any partial or full refund.

-If the customer adds a product to the cart without adding the free products, the store is not obligated to compensate the customer for them.

  • Exceptions to the offers

Discount codes, loyalty points, or compensation codes do not include the 1+2 free offer, and cannot be combined with this offer.

  • Price ranking

-The paid product is considered the most expensive among the three products included in the offer.

  • Company's right to amend

Zairos reserves the right to discontinue the offer or modify its terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, without any obligation or liability to the customer.

At Zairos, we grant you permission to electronically copy and print some pages of the website for the purpose of purchasing, exchanging, or returning products only. Any other use not limited to purchasing, exchanging, and returning is strictly prohibited and will hold you legally responsible unless authorized by Zairos.


Typographical errors:

Zairos strives to provide products with accurate information and clear pricing. Some typographical errors may occur during the formulation and writing of information and prices. In the event that incorrect information or a wrong price is written, Zairos has the right to refuse or cancel any error that occurred for this product.

In case of any error, Zairos has the right to contact you for instructions or to cancel your order.


Website usage:

Zairos warns its customers against engaging in any activity that has been prohibited and classified as a crime, such as (hacking, defamation, harassment), or in any form via email or chat page in any language used in bad faith.

Impersonating others within the Zairos website, whether employees, representatives, members, or other users of the site, is also prohibited.

No form of threat, abuse, defamation, or illegal advertising of any kind may be uploaded to the Zairos website. Zairos reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against anyone committing any prohibited act, whether explicitly stated or not, that constitutes a crime.


Third party:

Zairos has the right to provide a third party to provide a buying, selling, and display service to those interested in Zairos. Zairos does not monitor the third party regarding what it displays, and the third party bears full responsibility for what it displays and bears responsibility for any violation or non-compliance it commits.

Terms of sale:

1- Eligibility:

They are the persons who are legally and systematically authorized to conduct buying, selling, and contracting activities online in accordance with the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In order for us to enable you to make purchases through the website, you must register your first and last name, email address, a valid mobile number, payment details, and a correct address so that we can provide you with invoices and other required information.

You also acknowledge and warrant that all payment details you provide are valid, complete, and correct, and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

When you purchase a product from the website, Zairos has the right to view and verify your credit card, and to transmit, send, or obtain your credit card information or reporting information and to verify your identity as we deem necessary, and may disclose this personal information to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency that may keep a record of that information.


2- Ordering products:

The products available on the website, or the samples or gifts with purchases offered to you by Zairos are for your personal use or as gifts only, and you may not sell any products you purchase or otherwise obtain from Zairos.

There may be a difference in the design of the outer shape (package - carton) of the product received by the customer and the image displayed on the Zairos website. This is due to the release of a newer design for the outer packaging or carton of the product by Zairos and the manufacturer. However, this does not mean a difference in the content of the product, and Zairos guarantees this to you, as Zairos strives to update the product packaging and product images on the website periodically.

Products offered for sale on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill an order for an unavailable product after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order entirely.

All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, our inability to obtain authorization to collect payment, delivery restrictions applicable to a particular item, the item requested failing to meet our quality control standards and being withdrawn, your failure to meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions, or any other issue we discover.

Zairos will keep a record of your transactions for a minimum of ten years.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but rather confirmation that we have received it.

One of our agents will contact you to confirm your order. If our agent is unable to reach you at the number you provided during registration, you will receive an email requesting your response to confirm your order. Even without confirmation, the initial order will still be processed. If the order is not canceled, your application will be considered complete once we have finished processing it. At that point, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and sent.

Therefore, the sale contract will be concluded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the moment of approval, and the language of the contract will be Arabic.

We may refuse to process an order for any reason and we may refuse to send to anyone at any time at our sole and absolute discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for our withdrawal of any product, including any samples or gifts with purchases, from the website, whether or not that product has been sold. We also shall not be liable for our deletion, testing, auditing or editing of any materials or content on the website, for our refusal to process a transaction, or for the cancellation or suspension of any transaction after processing has begun.

We do our best to ensure that all details on the website are accurate; however, from time to time we may discover an error in product prices. If we discover an error in the price of a product listed in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  We are not obligated to accept or fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel any order that has already been accepted or is en route to you. If you order a product with an incorrect price, we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order or that it has been canceled.

If you have already paid for the product, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible. If the products are returned while on their way to you, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the products.

By confirming your purchase at the end of order processing, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product as stated in your order, including any applicable delivery charges.


3- Prices and payment policy:

Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products that Zairos offers for sale on its website.


International shipping costs start from 65 Saudi Riyals for every 4 products added to the cart, and increase by 15 Saudi Riyals for each product added to the order.

 

Example:

4 products = 65 Saudi Riyals

5 products = 80 Saudi Riyals

6 products = 95 Saudi Riyals

7 products = 110 Saudi Riyals


Zairos has the right to review cash on delivery orders that exceed three thousand riyals before approving the order.


Value Added Tax (VAT):

Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of your order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by Zairos through its website.

All forms of payment by credit card are subject to data verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and we will cancel your order and may contact you to choose an alternative method of payment.

The details on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the cardholder information on file with the card issuer. Payment will be approved and held pending when you place your order, and the amount will be debited from your account once Zairos has processed your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it.

No credit card data will be stored, sold to, displayed to, or rented to any third parties except as it relates to our online payment gateway provider.


4- Delivery:

  • If the customer has entered a delivery address that is outside the geographical coverage area of the approved shipping company, and the returned order has not yet been received by us, the following procedures will be followed:
  1. Order Return: After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the order is returned to the source.
  2. Reshipping: Upon receiving the returned order, it will be reshipped via an alternative shipping company that covers the customer's address area.
  3. Timeframe: The return and reshipment process takes between 3 and 7 business days from the date we receive the returned order.
  • Zairos handles product delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in our estimation, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to seven (7) working days starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your region.
  • When choosing the Cash on Delivery service, the fee for this service (25) riyals is added to the order price, and it will be displayed in your local currency separately in the order form during the payment inspection and review process. If the product is returned, the Cash on Delivery service fee is non-refundable.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery time or obtain additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempts.
  •    Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
  • When completing a purchase from the website and registering incorrect data, Zairos is not responsible for that, and the buyer bears the responsibility if it is delivered to the wrong person whose data was registered at the time of purchase.
  • The customer must contact the store within 14 days of receiving the order if there is a shortage of products.
  • After 14 working days from the date of receiving the order, the store is not responsible for any shortage of products and failure to notify the store of this.
  • The customer must contact the store within a maximum of 6 months to inquire about their order if they have not received it.
  • After 6 months from the date of shipment of the order, the store is not responsible for non-receipt of the order and failure to notify the store of this.



5- Customs and local and international shipping:

  • The amount shown in the order is the price of the products and shipping fees. Any additional amounts collected by customs for international orders after shipment are not related to Zairos, and you can check the shipping fees of the shipping companies.
  • Customs requirements for completing international shipping include adding a purchase invoice.


6- Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policy:

  • At Zairos, our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In order to ensure your satisfaction, Zairos allows product returns within 24 hours if the customer is not satisfied. If the product arrives damaged, the customer can exchange or return it.


7- Refund policy for international orders:

  • Refunds for international shipments are processed within 14 days of the purchase date. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or return the product, they must inform customer service before exceeding the aforementioned period.
  • If the international shipping order is cancelled by the customer or the product is returned after 14 days from the date of purchase, a fixed discount coupon will be issued to the customer for the same value as the shipment after deducting the return shipping fees, and the customer can reorder again.


Cancel:

We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply call customer service on (966920007573) to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it, provided that your order has not already been fulfilled.

In the event of this, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In any case, you can always contact our customer service; they will be happy to assist you.


Offers and discount coupons:

1- You can take advantage of the Visa discount, Apple Pay discount as an additional discount along with the discount coupon, offers and discounted products.

2- Other discounts such as: discount coupon, Qitaf Excellence discount on discounted offers and products cannot be used.

3- When using the Qitaf points acquisition reward, it is not possible to benefit from the Visa discount, Apple Pay discount or coupon discount.



Terms and conditions for gift cards:

  • Purchases can be made for a value higher than the card's value, and the difference will be calculated and the shopper will be required to pay it.
  • The card is usable once by applying the discount code to all purchases in the cart.
  • Gift cards can only be used to purchase our products available in our online store.
  • Payments made on gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Part of the card amount cannot be used.
  • After payment, you will receive the code for the card's value directly.


Miscellaneous rulings:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website (or any of our other websites) after such a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Please read and review these Terms and Conditions regularly. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the website.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Zairos, and govern and regulate your use of the website and all services and products available on it, and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Zairos regarding the same purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services may change from time to time without prior notice to you, and Zairos may cease providing the services (or any features included therein) to you or the users.

You understand and acknowledge that Xyros grants public search engine operators permission to use web crawlers to copy material from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available search indexes that include the material, and Xyros reserves the right to revoke these exceptions, either generally or in specific cases.

You understand and acknowledge that you alone are responsible (and that Zairos is not liable to you or any third party) for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions and for the consequences (including any loss or damage that Zairos may incur) of any such breach.

Zairos’ failure to exercise or enforce, or delay in exercising or enforcing, any legal right or remedy shall not be construed as a formal waiver of Zairos’s rights.

You and Zairos are independent contractors, and these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the submission, transfer, transmission, or distribution of your content, in whole or in part, do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Zairos. Neither party shall have the authority to bind the other party or incur obligations on its behalf without the other party's prior written consent. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or representative of the other party or on behalf of the other party in any capacity other than expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions. Neither party (or any of its agents) may represent the other party, be authorized to act as its representative, or consider itself its representative, nor may either party incur any liability or obligation on its behalf or in its name, unless specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the other Terms and Conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Arabic. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Arabic texts, the Arabic text shall prevail.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes arising out of the enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The terms and conditions constitute a final agreement between the parties and may not be modified unless Zairos deems it in the best interest to change the terms and conditions in whole or in part by deletion or addition.



  • Loyalty Points Policy



First: Overview

Loyalty points are a reward for customers on the Zairos website, allowing customers to collect rewards to use under the terms and conditions mentioned below.

- These terms and conditions form the basis of loyalty points, and it is the responsibility of members to read and understand the following terms and conditions before joining.

By joining the loyalty points program, you have agreed and I believe you are bound by these program rules in addition to the legal terms stipulated by Zairos.

Zairos reserves the right to change or cancel the rules of the loyalty program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, without any notice or liability to the loyalty program member, by updating the announcement on the aforementioned website. The member should review these rules periodically to ensure that he is aware of all changes and knows the latest version.



Second: Earning loyalty points

- Customers can collect points from the official Zairos store or app.

The customer receives the points 30 days after the purchase date.

Points are collected through purchases from the official Zairos store or app and do not include points of sale.

Zairos has the right, at its sole discretion, and from time to time, to offer members the opportunity to collect additional points when purchasing any of the products. These offers may be temporary in nature, and Zairos reserves the right to modify or cancel these offers at any time.

- The products selected for point collection and/or the amount of points to be collected are subject to changes made by Zairos at any time and without any notice or liability to customers.



Third: Using loyalty points

Customers can redeem loyalty points within one year of the date they were obtained.

Points cannot be redeemed for taxes, additional fees, or any other charges.

- Loyalty points cannot be used on discounted products in National Day and Founder's Day offers.

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed after they have been used.

Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Zairos reserves the right to review, amend, change or discontinue the products or services that entitle customers to use their points to exchange them, in part or in full, and/or the amount of points needed to exchange any product or service.



Fourth: Loyalty points expire

- Loyalty points expire 12 months after the date they were obtained.

- If a member closes their account, the points in that account will be cancelled.

Zairos has the right to cancel all or some of the points accumulated in the customer's account if it decides, in its sole discretion, that the customer has violated these terms and conditions of the loyalty program or has been involved in any fraud, deliberate deception, exploitation or other bad conduct.



Fifth: Changes that may occur to the loyalty program rules

Zairos reserves the right, among other purposes, at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, without notice and without incurring liability to the customer in the loyalty program:

- To withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel points.

- To suspend or cancel the account of any member of the program (and/or suspend any points belonging to this account) if the customer violates the loyalty program rules.

- To enter, add, change, delete (partially or completely) the method of acquiring points.

- To stop the program without notice.



Sixth: Legal responsibility

Zairos is not liable for any damages whatsoever, and accordingly, customers waive any claim against Zairos for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that may result from participation in the program or failure or delay arising from the use of the website or application, including, without limitation, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer or mobile phone viruses.

- Zairos shall in no way be liable to any customer for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the program, nor shall it be liable for damages resulting from any delay or malfunction, if such delay or malfunction is due to circumstances beyond its control.

Zairos makes no guarantee of any kind regarding the loyalty points program.



Seventh: Miscellaneous rulings

- Points cannot be transferred or assigned and are non-transferable in case of death.

The customer is not entitled to sell, trade, or even exchange points for any value.

- Zairos reserves the right to audit any of the program accounts at any time and without notifying customers to ensure their compliance with the program rules. In the event of discovering errors or potential violations of the program rules, Zairos has the right to cancel the points.

- All applicable rules in the loyalty program are subject to the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes regarding the loyalty points program will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
