5 / The return policy is sent and the customer delivers the policy with the products to the nearest branch of our approved shipping company, so that the products are returned to our warehouse and the return procedures are completed.
Knowing that it takes to return the amount as follows:
If the order is shipped, it takes 14 working days to return the amount to your bank account after we receive the order from the shipping company, if the payment is a bank transfer or payment upon receipt.
And if the credit card payment takes 20 working days after we receive the order from the shipping company.
In the event that the order was canceled by the customer before the order was shipped, it takes 10 working days to return the amount to your account from the date of cancellation.
