Maintenance and replacement:-

At Zyros, we offer a free maintenance and replacement warranty on products for a period of two years according to the cases mentioned below, noting that the replacement is free within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and that the international exchange requires additional fees that will be clarified after communicating with the shipping companies:-


  • Warranty on the workmanship defects of the machine, batteries, water ingress or the presence of any damage to the product after verification by the competent department. The customer has no right to demand replacement unless the workmanship defect cannot be addressed by Zyros during the warranty period.
  • In the event that the customer is entitled to compensation, the compensation shall be made at the same value as the first product at the time of purchase, noting that the first product falls from the warranty immediately after the compensation.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, misuse, or other external causes.
  • The invoice or the order number is a prerequisite for obtaining the maintenance and compensation service, and in the event that they are not available, the customer will bear the fees and costs of maintenance and shipping.
  • The customer is obligated to verify the integrity of the products during the purchase process, and the company is not responsible for damages and deficiencies after receipt.
  • Batteries are changed for life at any Zyros branch.



Pricing information:-

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel any orders placed for products or services whose prices are incorrect on the Site as a result of an error. In this case, we will send a notification in this regard via e-mail and a mobile phone will be contacted to clarify the matter. In addition, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to correct an error in the full price stated.
